The state of Arkansas is deep with talented basketball players, and we are going shine a spotlight on some players making headlines this week.
Aidan Chronister Aidan Chronister 6'7" | SG Rogers | 2026 State AR -Rogers-Shooting Guard-6’7” 2026
Chronister is a player that can hit from anywhere on the court. He has a smooth release and can heat up from beyond the arc quickly. The Rogers guard stays active on the defensive end of the court and uses his 6’7” frame to alter shots. The Arkansas Razorbacks have extended a scholarship offer his way and he is opening plenty of eyes. Chronister has had an opportunity to take an unofficial visit recently and is a prospect to watch out for over the next few seasons.
Jalen White-Marion-Small Forward-6’6” 2024
Jalen White is a player that can do the dirty work in the post. He has no problem getting in the paint and battling for rebounds. White is active on the defensive end and can cause turnovers. He stays active on the defensive end of the court. Meanwhile, on the offensive end of the court, he can hurt you driving to the basket and stepping outside and knocking down a jumper. White recently earned an offer from Shawnee Community College and had the opportunity to visit the campus as well.
RJ Young RJ Young 6'3" | SF Bryant | 2026 State AR -Bryant-Scoring Guard-6’4” 2026
The 2026 recruiting class is loaded with talented prospects from the state of Arkansas. Young had a tremendous performance in Duncanville, Texas last weekend. Over the course of several games, Young averaged 17.5 points per game, 8.5 rebounds per game, 3 assists per game, 2 steals per game, and closed it out with 2 blocks per game. Young is a prospect to watch out for this season in high school play. Keep an eye on Young throughout this season. He has the potential to open plenty of eyes.
Daniel Culberson Daniel Culberson 6'0" | CG Little Rock Central | 2024 State AR -Little Rock Central-Point Guard-6’4” 2024
Daniel Culberson Daniel Culberson 6'0" | CG Little Rock Central | 2024 State AR plays with a high motor on both ends of the court. He is active on both ends of the court and does not tend to slow down. Culberson does a great job of driving through the lane and finishing at the basket. He passes the ball well and seems to know where his teammates are on the court. Culberson recently earned an offer from South Arkansas Community College. He is a prospect to watch out for this season.
