Moravcevic makes his debut at No. 66 in the 2025 rankings in North Carolina. He joins The Burlington School from Prolific Prep’s rotation looking to do damage in the Spartans backcourt. He’s a Serbian native with a sizeable frame at 6-foot-4 and knack for shooting the ball on the perimeter. He could very easily emerge as a break out name in the NCISAA as a presence in the Spartans lineup this season.
Cooper was the 9Dime Fall League Defensive Player of the Year this past fall as he finds himself at No. 73 in the 2025 rankings in North Carolina. He’s a defensive-minded floor general at Fayetteville Academy for college programs to get eyes on given his knack for defending the entire floor. He’s also a capable shooter who can knock down shots on the perimeter with poise. He’ll be a name to watch on the NCISAA stage with the Eagles.

Jones found himself on the radar as a Top Performer at this past year’s PrepHoops North Carolina Top250 Expo. He’s an intriguing presence at 6-foot-3 with a strong frame and versatility as a wing who’s capable of handling the ball, knocking down shots on the perimeter and finishing in the paint. He plays with a ton of energy on the hardwood and is a name for college programs to track at Pine Forest High this year.
Mitchell is a new face in the 2025 class in the state as he joins High Point Christian Academy looking to boost their backcourt. He’s a combo guard with a knack for handling the ball, defending with presence and knocking down shots on the perimeter. He’s got underrated length at 5-foot-10 at his disposal that he utilizes in a variety of ways on the floor. He should give High Point Christian some depth at the guard spot this year with his abilities.
Highlights
Billings is an emerging prospect to get to know in North Carolina’s 2025 class as he debuts at No. 86 in the latest rankings update. He’s a returner in the New Hanover High rotation who should continue to grow as a forward/wing hybrid given his length and tenacity in the paint. He’s got the ability to battle for boards on both ends of the floor while maintaining an ability to knock down shots on the perimeter. He’s a rising name in the class for college programs to get to know.
