Highlights
#31 Avery Coles Avery Coles 6'10" | C White House Heritage | 2026 State TN (White House Heritage)
As a freshman for White House Heritage, Coles averaged 7.0 mpg, playing in just eight games. His 2.5 rebounds per shone brightly considering the light minutes. Classic big. Throwback big. Few players in middle Tennessee are blessed with his height. The task is to develop appropriately and get the footwork to a high level. For every young center the path is long and arduous though potentially fruitful.
#32 Quez Scott Quez Scott 6'1" | PG Clarksville Northwest | 2026 State TN (Clarksville Northwest)
A young man who grew up playing many different sports, JaQuez Scott can go. Volume scorer. Good athleticism.

#33 Jackson Simmons Jackson Simmons 5'11" | PG Unicoi County | 2026 State TN (Unicoi County)
Even as a freshman Jackson was smart, clever even at changing direction and outmaneuvering defenders. Further, Simmons was eager to take and make big shots, important shots. Rarely do freshmen get or thrive in such situations. A couple that did were: Kennedy Chandler, Ty Glasper Ty Glasper 6'1" | PG Gatlinburg-Pittman | 2025 State TN , Tai Cates. Simmons will want to get quicker and more explosive. Part of that comes naturally as the body matures, but he can augment that with the right kind of non-basketball training. Adding quickness will make his already calculated moves even more deadly.

#34 Chris Johnson Chris Johnson 6'7" | PF Nolensville | 2026 State TN (Nolensville)
Thrived as part of Shockers 2026 during the 2023 summer. Great size. Agile, smooth. Still growing into his body. He will be able to tack on a lot of muscle in the next two years, since he is nearly his peak height by now. The exciting thing about Johnson is he is so nimble at such a young age despite being a taller young man. Nolensville has a couple of veterans in need of rebounding and defensive support, so this will be a wonderful year for Johnson to grow into a larger role without being overly exposed or burdened.
#35 D’eAndre Turnbow (Chattanooga Prep)
Really good two-way player. D’eAndre helped lead Chattanooga Prep, an upstart program to a State Tournament! The team was almost entirely freshmen and sophomores, which makes the accomplishment all the more remarkable. Turnbow is a sturdy guard, more combo than point currently. He probably winds up a college point guard with the ability to play either spot.
