Northrup was proactive, scoring the ball in the paint and around the perimeter, boasting a refined skill set. Through soft touch around the rim and silky smooth handle, Northrup was among the most consistent scorers on this team. Although not the tallest or strongest, the guard was adamant on drawing fouls at the basket, picking an ideal matchup and attacking. Another aspect of Northrup’s impact came from his three point jumper, capable of stepping into shots through a contest. His willingness as a passer was highly beneficial for his teammates, seeking out cutters or extra passes to keep the ball moving in the halfcourt.
Jelani Bea Jelani Bea 6'0" | PG Mountain Range | 2026 CO – Mountain Range – 2026
Bea proved to be an active playmaker in transition, seeking outlet passes for teammates and pushing the pace himself. Possessing a fairly quick first step, Bea could get into the paint, leveraging his vision as passer. The guard was fairly active on the offensive glass, grabbing a few rebounds in traffic throughout his performance.
Alen Avdic Alen Avdic 6'1" | SG Bear Creek | 2025 State CO – Bear Creek – 2025
Avdic showed consistent activity on the defensive end, getting a hand up to deflect passes or block a shot attempt. Already a sturdy backcourt athlete, he had no trouble being physical with opponents on either end of the floor. Showing value attacking the rim through straight up contests, he will be an intriguing team first player to track over the coming seasons.
Matthew Angelo Matthew Angelo 6'3" | SG Mead | 2025 State CO – Mead – 2025
Angelo brings a refined perimeter skill set, capable of attacking downhill or pulling up into jump shots quickly. Standing fairly tall at roughly 6’3, the guard has an immediate advantage as a shooter, either on spot-ups or while flowing off of movement.
Jonah Singer Jonah Singer 6'2" | SF Englewood | 2026 CO – Englewood – 2026
Singer was an active defensive rebounder, using his strong frame to box out opponents. Off of those rebounds, he was actively pushing the pace either himself or letting an outlet pass fly quickly.
Keziah Williams Keziah Williams 6'2" Burlington | 2024 CO – Burlington – 2024
Williams will be someone worth following over the next few seasons, boasting a smooth handle and equally impactful jump shot. Effective as a movement shooter, Williams could step into mid-range jumpers or be an effective floor spacer out to the three point line. Although joining the event from a small school, Williams matched the necessary pace of play, among the most impactful players on this team.
Charlie Schowengerdt – Glenrock (WY) – 2024
Schowengerdt brought value pushing the pace in transition, making himself available for outlets. His continued growth as a shotmaker will be intriguing, given his ability to create space off the bounce.
Jacob Barker Jacob Barker 6'11" | C Resurrection Christian | 2024 State CO – Resurrection Christian – 2024
Barker will be an intriguing big man to follow through his incoming senior season. Finding ways to be impactful through size, the center was an adamant rebounder and shot blocker around the rim. Proving to be effective grabbing defensive rebounds and tossing long range outlet passes right on the money to teammates on the break. Another fun area for Barker’s impact came along the perimeter, knocking down a few threes either off the catch or while stepping into the shot. His bread and butter came from the paint, proving to be incredibly efficient posting up for hook shots with either hand. He will be among the most impactful bigs in the state, proven through Resurrection Christian’s deep playoff runs of recent memory.
