Continue ReadingThe Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo has become an annual event that rivals any put on throughout the year in the Hoosier State. On Sunday afternoon and evening at the Noblesville Boys & Girls Club nearly 1500 of the states best Class of 2024, 2025, and 2026 prospects came to display their skills in front of many of the most influential people in Indiana High School Basketball. This event is the premier way to get “on the radar” prior to the high school season. Over the next week or so it will become clear why we always say “nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops Indiana.” With that said, here are the player evaluations from Team 6 of the 2023 Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo.
***With nearly 150 prospects at our event, I was able to watch 12 of the 16 teams live. Since the event, I’ve gone back to watch the other four on BallerTV in order to complete all of the player evaluations. However, as you can imagine, this is not the easiest task. There were some late player additions and walk-ups that threw a wrench into some rosters. So, if you notice that a name is wrong and/or a player is missing an evaluation please reach out to Brandon Ramsey at coachbrandonramsey@gmail.com or reach out via DM on Twitter @BRamseyKSR and I will resolve any issues. Thanks for your understanding and for participating in the 2023 Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo!***
Aiden Dilosa
Aiden Dilosa
This thin, left-handed point guard pushed the pace well in transition and drove it against closeouts in the halfcourt consistently at the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo on Sunday. Dilosa is a 5’10” speedster from Merrillville High School that is at his best playing in the open floor and getting downhill to the paint. He displayed some solid playmaking skills at our event and has some real burst with the ball in his hands.
Crystal Bryan

Bryan is a thin, 5’10” guard from Northview High School that did several of the little things on Sunday to help his team succeed. He was able to handle the ball against pressure and initiate offense, played without turning it over, and was active on the defensive end of the floor as well. The two-way backcourt piece had a solid showing at the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo.
Russell displayed his ability to facilitate offense and run the show in the backcourt for Team 6 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo. The 5’11” point guard from Hamilton Heights High School did a great job of playing off of two feet at the end of his drives. He had one finish where he drove it to his left, jump stopped, pivoted back to his right, and made the little floater.

Myles Houston
Myles Houston
This 6’0″ guard from Lawrence North High School made a couple of really nice offensive plays for Team 6 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo. Houston started off with a nice finish in transition when running out ahead of the break. Then, he knocked in an inside-out catch-and-shoot three-point shot that showcased sound footwork and solid shooting mechanics.
Tolbert Jr. is a very long and athletic guard coming off of a very good summer with Indiana Game Elite 2026 that culminated in a Prep Hoops Circuit Grit Region Finals championship. The 6’1″ guard from South Bend Adams High School is shifty with the ball in his hands, finished multiple times at the rim at the end of his drives, and was disruptive on the defensive end of the floor. His length and athleticism make him an intriguing long term prospect on the perimeter.

Patterson had a great showing on Sunday and earned a spot on our GameChangers list for the way he scored the basketball throughout the event. The 6’1″ sophomore guard from Fort Wayne Snider High School scored it from all three levels at different times. He had multiple putback finishes after crashing the offensive glass, knocked in midrange jump shots, and made a deep three-pointer as well. Patterson is an intriguing long term prospect.
One of the standouts from the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo, Robb is a very, very talented offensive player that scored it in a variety of ways throughout the event. The 6’1″ guard from Mount Vernon (Posey) High School is a high-level shooter that made tough shots from both beyond the arc and in the midrange off of the dribble. He is shifty, athletic, and skilled with the basketball. Look for him to put up some big numbers over the next three seasons.

Seymour is a skilled 6’3″-6’4″ forward that shoots the ball very well from beyond the arc. He has the ability to play as a pick-and-pop four man that can also use his strength to score around the basket. The Fishers High School product knocked in a good looking shot from the trail spot in transition and a couple of catch-and-shoot three-pointers in the corner as well. Look for him to play his way into a role with the Tigers this winter.
