Throughout the next couple of days, Andrew Johnson and myself will recap of who stood out from the event and providing analysis on every prospect who attended the camp. This article features the top players who stood out for Team 4:
Jeremias Berchal, A 6-2 senior guard showed a ton of poise and confidence where he can score on all three levels on the offensive end. His defensive mechanics were also on display as his rebounding and length is what stood out to me. Berchal showed a lot of growth and toughness at both ends of the floor as well where he would guard out on the perimeter as well as against bigger opponents on the interior.
Quaymay Young
Quaymay Young
Quaymay Young, A 5-10 sophomore guard isn’t your typical score-first guard but when he does intend to shoot the basketball he could be a perennial threat from beyond the arc. Young is more of a facilitator as he showed his unselfish knack for getting his teammates involved whether it was slashing towards the basket or scoring off the bounce. Young didn’t let his size fear with his contribution as he shows a lot of toughness where he can also finish at the rim at a high level. Look for Young to gain more confidence this upcoming season as he will look to handle the primary point guard duties.
Kerry Parks Kerry Parks 6’1″ | CG Fort Pierce Central | 2026 FL , A 6-1 sophomore guard is an athletic-guard who can score and rebound with a ton of confidence. Parks showed a lot of growth in his game where he was moving well without the basketball in his hands. Parks shot pretty well from beyond the arc as well as disrupting the opposing guards causing steals and strips which led to baskets on the offensive end. His mechanics and IQ will look to improve this upcoming season as he gains more confidence in his decision-making with the basketball.
Terrence Shannon
Terrence Shannon
Terrence “TMan” Shannon showed a ton of toughness and is scrappy on the defensive end, whether it was getting strips or jumping the passing lanes. Shannon caused a lot of energy on the offensive end as well as he is proven he can be a perennial three-level scoring threat this upcoming season. His footwork continue to improve as he showed general quickness in staying in front of the opposing guards causing havoc and frustrating the opposition into taking tough shots. He also continues to improve his athleticism on the offensive end where he finish above the rim and moves exceptionally well without the basketball in his hands.
