James is a super quick and skilled guard that can both score and facilitate for other at a very high level. He uses his athleticism and craftiness to finish amongst defenders on the inside. He can also stop on a dime and hit the mid-range and is tough to stop once he is on the downhill attack. James is set for a huge season , after coming back to NY this summer from New England, and making some noise at NY vs NY.
Edgecombe is coming off a breakout summer in which he went from unranked to one of the top players in the country. He can score at all three levels, with speed and athleticism that allows him to consistently get out in transition for dunks. Edgecombe can also shoot the long ball and make plays for his teammates and himself off the dribble. Edgecombe will for sure be a go to player all season long, coming up clutch in big moments.
Anthony has came into his game, dominating this summer with Team Melo. Anthony has a smooth pace to his game, always seeming in control and ready to make the next right move. He has the ability to make tough shots from both mid-range and three, and can finish contested layups on the inside. It will be exciting to see the continued evolution of the talented wing, as he holds multiple Division 1 offers including Syracuse.
Mingo is set for a big season as he can score the ball in bunches in a variety of ways. His shiftyness makes it tough for defenders to stay in front of him which opens up opportunities for him to score in bunches. Once he gets to the basket Mingo displays the ability to consitently finish with finesse, not being distracted or bothered by shot blockers. He also facilitates the offense at a high level.
Godswill Erheriene
Godswill Erheriene
Erheriene wil be a big time anchor on the inside for LUHI. He is athletic with the ability to get up quick off his feet, which he uses to his advantage to anticipate and block shots. He also has great hands, which allows him to catch the ball in the paint and finish with dunks off the vert. Erheriene also has a high motor and runs the floor well, while also controlling the boards on both ends of the floor.
