is a 2025 player that college coaches need to have on their radar if they don’t already. He is one of the most explosive athletes in the state and was one of the main reasons that Lutheran was able to win the Class 1A state championship. He is also coming off a really good AAU season that boosted his stock a little more. He is excellent off of the dribble, elevates very well at the end of his drives, and can bother opposing ball handlers with his on-ball defense. Ward could be the best player at the 1A level this season.
Potential Breakout Player:
Cayden Loescher

Loescher is a player that I have become a major fan of with watching him on Team Teague over the summer. Loescher is a bigger guard that plays physical and likes to defend and has a real confident type of style to his game. At the 1A level, his versatility is major advantage for the Saints as they can use him in so many different ways. He is going to guard the best player of the opposing team 90% of the time. Real talented player that I think could take off.
Notable Games (Confirmed)
- Shenadoah Tournament (12/22)
- Marion County Trounament (1/9)
- at Beech Grove (1/26)
- at Brebeuf Jesuit (2/1)
- at Bishop Chatard (2/16)
