Top Player: [player_tooltip player_id='1158178' first='Brauntae' last='Johnson']

Although he may be a Notre Dame football pledge, Johnson is still one of the best basketball players in the in-state 2024 class. He is one of the premier athletes in the state of Indiana and his explosiveness on the court helps him stuff the stat sheet. As a guard, he is pretty much the complete package in what you would want out of the position. Last season, he averaged 20.8 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 3.6 steals. Expect that same or better stat line in his senior season as he looks to finish out his basketball career strong.

Potential Breakout Player: [player_tooltip player_id='1547392' first='Jaxson' last='Fugate']

Fugate comes into his senior years as one of the few stock risers in the in-state 2024 class. He was a little under-the-radar this past spring/summer but this versatile 6'5″ forward has burst onto the scene as a very high level Division III prospect with others schools involved as well. At his size, he shoots it very well from beyond the arc. That catch-and-shoot ability pairs well with his length that allows him to slash and drive his way to the basket to finish. He is a great complementary piece next to [player_tooltip player_id='1158178' first='Brauntae' last='Johnson'].

[player_tooltip player_id='1384399' first='Jordan' last='King'] - Although he is a little undersized at his position, King is expected to be the main guy for Fort Wayne North's front court. He will be expected to play a major role in the paint this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1293375' first='Eugene' last='Young'] - Young is another senior that has been a stock riser this past offseason and could see breakout play this season. At 6'5″ with plus length, Young Jr. rebounds his position at a very high level and can elevate above the defense to score at the end of his drives. He is a smooth jump shooter as well.
