Mid-September Bartlett High hosted the annual PrepHoops 250 Expo with wonderful talent. The following evaluations are exclusively focused on Team 7 players. Each team was composed in advance of the event to spread out the age/size evenly.
Derrick Lewis II (Arkansas)
Point guard. First-step quickness is a little better than average. Needs to develop ways to get his layup up around the trees.
Bryce Garnett (Kirkwood)
Bryce is very, very quick with a wonderful handle. He is certainly a capable varsity point guard already, just now entering Kirkwood High in this his freshman year. Reminds of a Rodney Henderson Rodney Henderson 6'1" | PG Tyner Academy | 2025 State TN , a bit.
Myles Colom (Northpoint)
Draws fouls constantly. Could bulk up a little more in order to finish after the contact every once in a while. Colom is going to spend a ton of time at the free throw line thanks to his ability to get into danger areas. Colom is a sophomore with volume scoring on his resume.
Wallace Driver Wallace Driver 6'2" | SG University School-Jackson | 2025 State TN (University School – Jackson)
Lefty. Patient in the lane. He caught fire against Team 6, hitting three three-pointers through five of his team’s possessions. Driver also swatted a tepid layup attempt after his net scorching. Wallace is ok defensively, but he can get better at sliding those feet.

Gaas Herman Gaas Herman 6'3" | SG Notre Dame Chattanooga | 2025 State TN (Notre Dame)
Excellent finisher in the 5-8′ range. He did not shoot too many from deep but hit a high percentage of those he did take. Gaas’ greatest offensive contributions came by way of slashing and dashing up the floor. He was great when he caught the defensive rebound and burst out. Herman showed versatility in this play(s). Herman was faster than almost all of the guards in the event save 2 or 3. Did not turn the ball over.
Cooper Williams Cooper Williams 6'6" | PF Oak Ridge | 2025 State TN (Oak Ridge)
Finished easy buckets under the basket smoothly. Defended the 2-5 though he probably belongs as a defender of the high school 3/4/5. Cooper gave his team a few second bites of the apple with offensive rebounding effort. Strong dude. He was just not guardable for the guard-heavy defenses anytime he got under the basket. Finished smoothly with either hand.
