Below is a review of six more unranked, but extremely talented prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania.
Starting in September, college coaches and scouts need to watch these players and learn their names. That way no one will be shocked when these ballers make headlines during the 2023-24 high school season.
Jacob Becker Jacob Becker 6'4" | SG Haverford School | 2025 State PA – 6’4” / 2025 / Haverford School / Pro Level Titans / Shooting Guard: This versatile lefty with size can splash threes all days, score through contact on the fast break and create off the dribble for himself and teammates. Becker’s quick and crafty dribble moves will catch opponents by surprise. So will his serious hops. Plus, Becker has the length and solid frame to compete on the glass at both ends.
Jonas Chester Jonas Chester 6'7" | PF Coatesville | 2026 State PA – 6’7” / 2026 / Coatesville / Philly Pride Select / Small Forward: Chester is a super athletic shot blocking and rebounding machine who is headed for a breakout season. On offense Chester scores with his mid-range jumper as well as via back door alley-oops and the offensive glass. He also possesses good end-to-end speed, so he can fill a lane on the fast break and finish strong.
Michael Ekenyere Michael Ekenyere 6'6" | SF New York Military Academy | 2025 State PA – 6’5” / 2025 / Emmaus / ECP Elite / Small Forward: Ekenyere is primed for a breakout fall / winter as a stretch-4 prospect. This summer he abused smaller defenders by scoring over them in close with quick post ups. He can also play on the perimeter where he is an accurate 3-point shooter. Ekenyere has the length, vertical and athleticism to dunk on people’s heads too. Plus, he is an excellent passer. At the other end, he is intimidating rim protector.
Brady MacAdams Brady MacAdams 6'3" | SG Archbishop Wood | 2026 State PA – 6’3” / 2026 / Archbishop Wood / Team Final Black / Combo Guard: MacAdams posted a solid July and has continued to turn heads in August as well. He is sniper 3-point shooter with unlimited range. Still, MacAdams is not a one-dimensional prospect. His surprising athleticism, quickness and handles enable him to get into the paint for lay-ins and floaters.
Ryan Jackson Ryan Jackson 6'0" | CG Central York | 2026 State PA – 6’0” / 2026 / Central York / Combo Guard: It is hard to believe that a prospect with such a polished dribble-drive game is rising sophomore. Jackson’s speed and elusive handles combined with his deceptive head / ball fakes get him into the paint with ease. Once there he is a creative finisher who can score at the rim or with floaters.
Connor Taddei – 6’3” / 2024 / Pennsbury / Philly Revolution / Wing: Taddei’s started his outstanding summer of 2023 by averaging 16.5 ppg. during June’s Philly HS Live event. He continued to play well in July and as a result he picked up an offer from York College (D3). Taddei is a multi-skilled, high IQ prospect with an automatic 3-point shot. He also owns a slew of ball fakes and dribble moves that he uses to create open looks for himself.
