Expect a big season from this electric guard. A long extremely fast N-S player. Great in transition, changes speed and direction in a flash. Can beat his opponent off the dribble to the rim but also has the ability to stop on a dime for a potent pull up jumper.
As I looked over my previous notes on Jake I noticed 1 scout line that kept appearing, he gets better as the game comes down to crunch time. But make no mistake he is good throughout. Many times he just heated up scoring down the stretch of games. Fearless confident guard. Really nice handle he us able to get by defenders in tight space. Very good passer has great vision and awareness. Can get into the lane and finish with a nice floater. Jake should be making an appearance on our 2025 Prep Hoops rankings .
Sewanaka poised for a good season with Jordan and the already listed up above Dylan . Jordan might be a little undersized playing inside but you would never know it. He uses his strength to score, clear space, defend or rebound. Hard worker with a lot of talent. He is strong to the rim but also possesses nive pull up jumper.
Tyler just does everything really well. Not a flashy type but the kind of player every team needs. He’s a winning player who makes winning plays. Wiry to the rim can hit mid range jumpers. Defends really well. A really solid player who each year has gained more confidence. Extremely coachable.
Expect this young guard to be on a lot of scoring reports this season. Should see his minutes shoot up and his stats will as well. Smooth and crafty with the ball. Deceptively quick. He’s a little cerebral with ball surveying and then attacking. Can drain the three but also understands his job as a lead guard is to get his teammates involved. Nice feel for the game at a young age.
A workhorse on the floor on either end. Outstanding rebounder. Makes nice cuts to open areas . Extremely strong finisher. Relentless player. Has the season went on began to show he can knock down the foul line jumper. Very capable of getting to the rim off of 2-3 dribbles and finish with authority.
