Mason Dowell | Battlefield (VA)

One of my favorite parts of Dowell's overall game is his off-ball movement. He often scored as a result of hustling to the open spot at the right time. I was also impressed with how quickly Dowell pushed the ball in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353649' first='Ethan' last='Evans'] | Evergreen Christian (VA)

I appreciated the fact that Evans was willing to defend players much taller than him. At 6'2", he was one of the taller players on this team and embraced his role as an enforcer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2133057' first='Rafriel' last='Guthrie Jr']. | Georgetown Day (DC)

I noticed that Guthrie is supremely confident in his ball-handling skills. He's got great balance and a soft touch when finishing around the basket as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353640' first='Amare' last='Long'] | Forest Park (VA)

One of Long's go-to moves off the dribble is a hesitation move followed by a left-to-right crossover. I noticed that the 5'10" guard can finish off one or two feet in the lane as well.

Lorenzo McCalop | SEED (DC)

One thing I appreciated about McCalop was his willingness to keep his eyes up while in possession. The 5'8" guard was racking up assists at the showcase.

Quinn Slack | Central Bucks East (PA)

I witnessed Slack rip a defender and go coast-to-coast for an and1- finish. On this play, he showed quickness with the ball, nice body control, and the ability to finish through contact.

A'mir Thompson | SEED (DC)

Thompson is a downhill-type guard who likes to hit the gaps and get to the basket. I saw him attack a closeout and finish in the lane off of two feet.
