Collin Sinclair Mavericks G-Elite-1): A 6’1″ 2026 guard from Orchard Farm who could do a little bit of everything offensively to help his team. His playmaking skills and feel for the game were on full display as he repeatedly found open teammates with his passing from different spots on the floor. He could work the high post and dump the ball down inside for layups or kick it out for open 3-pointers. He is also a very capable scoring threat who could put up a big number when his team needed it. He was tough on the drive and he has 3-point shooting range as well.

Christian Hill (ABC Elite): A 6’2″ 2026 shooting guard who scored 12 points in the championship game to help ABC Elite to the victory over Pocket City. He plays a very smooth and fluid game with a nice shooting stroke from 3-point range. He knocked down a pair of triples in the championship game. He handles the ball well and he doesn’t make a lot of mistakes. He was also very solid on the defensive end with his length and ability to play the passing lanes for steals and deflections.

JJ Lowery (Pocket City): The 5’9″ 2026 standout is the size of a smaller point guard, but he is a dynamic scorer with the most impressive mid-range game that I saw over the weekend. He has good quickness and a good burst with his first step to get by the initial line of defense, then he he would pull up and elevate from the mid-range with tremendous accuracy. He could also stop on the dime with two feet and hit the the fadeaway turnaround jumper over a taller defender. He scored a total of 30 points in the last two games in helping lead Pocket City to a berth in the championship game.

Antwonine Thomas (ABC Elite): A 6’1″ 2026 guard who played with tremendous activity at both ends of the court. He was excellent in the open court as he scored on a number of transition layups, with some being of the coast to coast variety. In the half court offense, he was at his best when he was slashing to the basket. I was very impressed with his motor as he made numerous extra effort plays for rebounds and loose balls.

Mason Matulic (Oklahoma Chaos): A 6’3″ 2026 guard who played a very smooth game that was under control. In the game that I watched him, he opened up with pull-up 3-pointer in transition followed by a nice drive into the lane for a runner. He was never in a hurry, but he always got where he wanted to go. He could hit the mid-range jumper effectively and he moved well without the ball to get layups off of his cutting. He did a nice job on defense of rotating into the right spots and he picked up a few steals with his anticipation.

Keenan Harris (STL Pressure): A 6’1″ 2026 guard from SLUH who had a tremendous performance in the first game of the weekend that I witnessed. He scored a game-high 28 points and kept his shorthanded team competitive for much of the contest. Most of his damage came from his aggressive drives into the lane where he had a knack for putting the ball in the basket. He was contorting his body and flipping the ball up at a variety of angles, but it always seemed to find the bottom of the net. He was able to power his way into the lane on a consistent basis with his physical strength.

Alex Shadow (Mavericks G-Elite-2): A 6’0″ 2026 guard from St. Dominic who was very impressive with his ability to attack the basket. He was putting constant pressure on the defense as he probed for open lanes to drive the ball. His finishing skills in the lane were very good. He also made good use of shot fakes to set up his moves. He played with an impressive motor, with and without the ball in his hands.

Seth Hoersten (Midwest Central Basketball Craig): A 5’11” guard who has an impressive shooting stroke from 3-point range. He knocked down four triples in the one game that I watched him. He moved and came off screens ready to shoot with a quick release. He could also free himself up with the shot fake and one dribble to free himself up for the long distance jumper.
