SubscribeWinning basketball games and championships come down to making the right basketball play. From flashy passes, players shot making ability or showing defensive intangibles, these players did everything they had to do to help their team win.
Jährend Arnold ll (Arnold Elite)- Arnold has been playing up all summer and you wouldn’t be able to tell by how he plays. He has great poise when other teams try to speed him up and has an excellent pace. Short in height but strong enough to hold his own, he sees a lot of traps and full-court pressure but he handles it and makes it look so easy.
Will Foley (Kessler Heat)- Foley seemed to be at the right place at the right time doing exactly what the coach asked of him. Making all the right plays and most of them don’t show up on the stat sheet but that doesn’t phase him at all. Every team needs someone like Foley to help them get the job done. These types of playmakers are called the glue guys and Foley falls right in that category.
Luke Henderson (KS Players)- Luke’s ball handling and court vision is elite, there’s no question that he’s ready for the high school level. Recently playing in a middle school all-star game and winning MVP he had every intention of winning the next national championship. Luke is shifty and while he gets the crowd’s attention, he makes a dime pass to his X Factor teammates to get them rolling. The coach’s son always seems to have it the hardest because of the expectations but none of that pressure phases him at all.
Brandon Wilson (Arnold Elite)- Wilson whom we have seen before initiating the offense was put on display here again. Brandon is continuing to grow his leadership role every time we see him. This weekend at the next national championship he was getting his team locked in and in order during warm-ups which is unheard of at this level. He doesn’t just yell out what needs to happen, he points and directs players where they need to be.
Kaeden Lewis (CyFair Elite)- Lewis was by far one of the best playmakers in the whole tournament every game for his CyFair Elite team who were VERY confident as an organization for good reason. CyFair Elite was knocking off team by team and Kaeden was the head of the snake every time. With his flashy passes, the heart to take charges, and his big-time shot-making ability, he was always making a play to win.
