Continue ReadingWhitetwin is a guy that has a unique skill set. He can shoot the ball, pass it, and also knows how to get his teammates involved. What made him stand out was his ability to pressure the ball handler and make them turn it over. He plays hard on every single play and consistently leaves it all on the floor every game. He combines a good skillset with the ability to be a leader on the floor, and his versatility to play both point guard and shooting guard will make him very attractive to colleges when he gets to that point.
Highlights
Brown is what I like to call an X-factor guy for Next Level Oklahoma. He does all the little things that make them competitive and pushes them over the top. He can play on the perimeter and also will take smaller defenders down in the post. He loves to crash the offensive glass, and when he does post up a smaller defender, one of his favorite moves is going over his left shoulder and finishing with his left hand.
Nyjah Noyes
Nyjah Noyes
Noyes is a guy that can excel at getting open shots from penetration of another guard or can get his own shot as well. He does really well when he is given the ball off of a pick being set for him where he can get a head of steam to get to the bucket. He has a very wide range of ways to be creative and finish around the basket that makes his different from a bunch of guards at this showcase. He is a guard that is very efficient and doesn’t need a bunch of shots to score a bunch of points. He does very well stepping up and being the go to guy but does just as good sitting back and playing a specific role.
Devon Wilkinson
Devon Wilkinson
Wilkinson is a guy that always goes to the whole with great strength. It seems like he is on both ends of the court, and he always seems to be in the right place at the right time. I like to call him the energy guy because he is always keeping his teammates motivated by when they do something good and lifting them when they make a mistake. Wilkinson is a perfect example of a floor general because he is always talking to his teammates and guiding them on what to do regardless of if he has basketball or not.
Hezekiah Green
Hezekiah Green
Green is an explosive guard that is always in control when he has the basketball in his hands. He is at his best when he can either catch and shoot from the three-point line or get to the whole. On the defensive end of the court, he uses his athleticism to gain an advantage over his opponents and be able to keep them from scoring on him. When on a fastbreak, you might want to watch out because if he doesn’t have the ball, he will be looking for a lob, and if he does have the ball, he isn’t afraid to try and dunk on you.
