Elliott, a native of Orlando attended Oak Ridge High School put up some efficient numbers last season where he averaged 10.1 points, 2.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game helping lead the Pioneers to a state semifinal appearance where their season came to an end in the hands of Kjei Parker of Winter Haven.
Earlier this summer, Elliott announced he has committed to play his collegiate basketball career for Coach Dusty May and the Florida Atlantic Owls who are coming off the school’s best season ever reaching the Final Four where they lost to national runner-up San Diego State.
During the AAU season, Elliott played for the Florida Rebels where he shot 52 percent from the field as well as 35 percent from beyond the arc in 17 games on the EYBL circuit.
Elliott will look to run the primary combo guard duties this upcoming season for Sunrise Christian who will be gaining a new starting lineup following the departures of Mikel Brown Jr. Mikel Brown Jr. 5'11" | PG Orlando Christian Prep | 2025 #23 Nation KS (The First Academy), Layden Blocker (Arkansas), Matas Buzelis (G-League) and Scotty Middleton (Ohio State).
The new faces for Sunrise Christian will feature 6-4 point guard David Castillo David Castillo 6'1" | PG Sunrise Christian Academy (KS) | 2024 #80 Nation KS (Bartlesville) who is a Kansas State commit.
