Here are the 4 high jumpers in the latest installment:
Parker Robison, McCallie: After seeing the way the senior point guard performed at BCAT, it was only right to bump Robison up 22 spots to No. 69. He shoots the ball very well to be one of the smaller guards in the class (5-foot-10). Robison passes the ball well. He simply knows how to play the right way.
Kavien Jones, Battle Ground Academy: Jones, at 6-6, was another impressive prospect over the summer at BCAT. He moved up 14 spots to No. 19. The Tennessee State commit can knock down shots from the perimeter, play with his back to this basket and rebound at a high clip.
Sam Medalie, Franklin: Medalie is moving closer to the top 80. He moved up 12 spots to No. 84. Medalie is another small guard that shoots the ball well. He can play at both guard spots. I expect Medalie to have a solid senior season.
Jordan Allen, Hillcrest: Coming off a season where he was a TSSAA Division 1 Class 2A Mr. Basketball finalist, Allen was deserving of moving up 25 spots to No. 25. He was the best player in 2A in West Tennessee last season and carried the Vikings on the offensive end each night he stepped onto the floor.
Other moves
Kylon Jones from St. Benedict moved up five spots to No. 46. He had a productive summer playing for Team Thad EYCL. Jones shot the ball well for the team all summer. Marcus Gray moved up five spots to No. 16. While playing for P7 Elite 17U, Gray displayed his ability to score the basketball at an efficient rate.
