This kid could be the future when it comes to lead guards with size. It almost looks like he is just going at a different speed than everyone else. With a smooth stride he looks like he is floating when he gets by defenders and near the rim. He can finish with floaters or at the rim, he is reading what the defense is giving him and getting to his comfort spots. When he runs the floor he does a great job of spacing or when he is in front he will dive to the rim and either take someone with him or get an easy open layup. If he is trailing he will get his feet ready quickly and score from deep. You can see that he impacts the game at all three levels but also as a stat stuffing prospect that makes everyone around him better.
JJ is one of the most downhill hill PG’s in the country but that makes him a bit different is that he is not a straight line guys he takes different routes and changes direction so quickly that he puts a lot of pressure on anyone trying to pick him up. In the open floor he runs a great fast break changing speeds and keeping defenders on his hip all while handling the ball and keeping his vision up finding open players. In the half-court he has a tough mid-range game as he can go one handed or pull up if he needs to. Shoots the ball well , so you need to defend him tight off the ball. This kid has made a name for himself out west.
Mighty can HOOP! Although this video below is old he has gone off still as he is now running with Liv-On EYBL and he is an absolute buckets. He shoots the ball so well and might be one of the best 3-point shooting oG’s in the country right now the way he is knocking them down. He can obviously hit them in a catch and shoot but the kid can set up his man easily as he is fast so you have to give him some room or he will get by you. He is going to be a problem out of Texas.
Maurice is a DUDE! He is a snipper that can also make plays happen. That lefty shot just comes off different as every shot he puts up looks like it’s going in and most times it does. Jr. has a smooth game off the bounce and he is just a floor stretching shooter that will bust zones or ruin your help-side defender.
Austin really comes at you with everything on both ends of the ball. He reminds me of a Gabe Cupps or Travis Perry both high level D1 guards that can go and most of all make shots. When the kid is locked in he can get into a zone and not miss even the toughest shots. His footwork and balance along with his shot is perfection and at his age it is wild to see what he can do beyond the arc. He is only going to get better.
