Located just southeast of Nashville, Antioch is a basketball-rich neighborhood that recently produced Damion Baugh, Brandon Miller, Ryan Oliver, Kelvin Lusk, Kyree Elder, and on and on. Antioch High won their District Championship last year with a young frontcourt and they return plenty.

Take a few minutes to catch up on the latest news out of basketball hotbed, Antioch, Tennessee.

Now Tarion Hall gets to play plenty for the reigning District 8-4A Champions.

"This is going to be his first year getting significant varsity minutes and he is really going to help us in the post," said Antioch Head Coach William Belliford via phone interview.

Hall does need to improve on passing out of the post. Racing Hume-Fogg early June in a scrimmage, Hall played fast and loose facing the basket, but occasionally drew pressure from digging guards. These moments are critical for him. 'Can he find the open man or will he succumb to the trap?'

Chris Morris played against Hume-Fogg, at HF, with fantastic court vision. He spotted Hall running up the wing and sharply delivered a 30' pass on the hands for a challenged and-1. Morris is a high energy guy and plays with fire on both ends.

Caleb Rogers dashes up the floor with uncommon blaze. He is not a scoring threat at the 4A level just yet, but he does cause problems with his feet.

[player_tooltip player_id='1663729' first='Jaiden' last='Claybrook'] is rightfully ranked #29 with @PrepHoopsTN, thanks to his astonishing agility at 6-foot-5. He can scored in a variety of ways now and is certainly capable of expanding his offensive repertoire.

TK Whitset is a powerful rebounding star. He collected double-doubles in his sophomore year. Coupled with Claybrook, TK is a nightmare matchup for every 4A team they meet.

Cane Ridge (Roster)
[player_tooltip player_id='1299049' first='Da'Ron' last='Hall']*
[player_tooltip player_id='1336102' first='Mareo' last='Franklin']*
[player_tooltip player_id='2281187' first='Jaiden' last='Pugh']*
[player_tooltip player_id='1722765' first='Adam' last='Clark']*
[player_tooltip player_id='2238887' first='Avyion' last='McCleton']*
Tyshaun Poore

Tyshaun Poore and [player_tooltip player_id='1722765' first='Adam' last='Clark'] intend to camp with PrepHoopsTN June 25th. Guards always drive Cane Ridge and supply the pistons to make Head Coach Marlin Simms' defensive engine go. Poore is a rangy shooter with handle and Clark is electric with the handle. More Raven guards to be weary of this season are: [player_tooltip player_id='1336102' first='Mareo' last='Franklin'], [player_tooltip player_id='2238887' first='Avyion' last='McCleton']. Then [player_tooltip player_id='2281187' first='Jaiden' last='Pugh'] is a frighteningly tough, fast, and strong '26 forward. He put up 15p, 5r against Oakland last winter.
