In this Watchlist article, we are looking at players from the Dakota Niners and ND Attack .
Braylon Baldwin Braylon Baldwin 5'11" | PG Grafton | 2024 State ND (2024) |5’11 G| Grafton/ ND Attack 17U Green/Grafton
Why? He will be one of the top guards in the new class A. Baldwin is elite with and he can fill it up. Look for him to be one of the top players this weekend. Bryalon can score from deep and create for others.
Caden Selby Caden Selby 6'7" | SF Faith | 2024 State SD (2024) |6’7 G/F| Dakota Niners /Faith
Why? You do not see players with his height/length run the floor and shoot like this kid. In four games this season, Caden has knocked down 14 triples and is averaging 18.3 ppg. Selby had a great high school season, he and the Longhorns made a trip to State. He is a matchup nightmare with his size and skill set. I am excited to see Selby in transition, how he defends, and if he can light the nets on fire at Avera.
Jackson Wohlleber (2024) |5’10 G| Dakota Niners /Waubay-Summit
Why? He is a winner. Wohlleber and the Mustangs picked up 19 W’s this high school season. Jackson is everything that you want out of a traditional PG. Wohlleber is averaging 6.9 apg this spring. He works well with Selby, these two should be a dynamic duo this weekend. I am interested to see how he shoots the rock and how he handles pressure.
Jamison Keszler Jamison Keszler 6'1" | CG Castlewood | 2025 State SD (2025) |5’11 G| Dakota Niners /Castlewood
Why? He is another winner, Keszler and the Warriors took 5th Place at the State Tournament. Jamison is a crafty player with sharp skills and he can really shoot it. Keszler can fill it up but will also create for others. I am interested to see how he is off the bounce and where he gets his points from this weekend.
Kyler Droog Kyler Droog 6'7" | PF Grafton | 2025 State ND (2025) |6’5 F| ND Attack 17U Green/Grafton
Why? He is playing up an age level and his holding his own. Kyler gives this team size and a presence in the paint. It will be fun to see Droog go at some of the studs from Warwick. I am interested to see his physicality around how he shoots it.
Weston Zacher Weston Zacher 6'8" | PF Grant County/Mott-Regent | 2024 State ND (2024) |6’8 PF| ND Attack 17U Green/Grant County-Mott-Regent
Why? He is a big and imposing player. You will struggle if you look to score at the rim over Zacher. He can shoot from the outside and he bangs inside. Is Zacher comes from a smaller school but he can battle. Look for Weston to be one of the best BIGs in Sioux Falls.
Kolton Duis (2024) |6’1 G/F| Dakota Niners /Canby (MN)
Why? He has had a nice spring so far. Kolton is the second-leading scorer this Niners squad. He is a well-rounded player that can score from anywhere. Duis has also stood out as a tough defender. I am interested to see what type of athlete this Lancer is and how he shoots from beyond the arc.
