SubscribeIt was tons of talented players in the 12u division in Dallas texas. All of them possess some passion for the game, scoring ability, and defensive tenacity. Below are our 5 that stood out for their teams to be successful.
Nate White (Arnold Elite) – Nate has a big body and uses it to his advantage. His frame allows him to impose his will on others. He’s extremely strong and knows how to play through contact. He does an excellent job of finishing off 2 feet which coaches love about him.
Jahrrend Arnold (Arnold Elite) – Arnold is playing up and is showing you why he is the real deal. What you have to like about him is his ability to get his team going and his leadership. He is one of the few that show true PG qualities with a bright future ahead of him.
James Rideau (Houston Hoops)- James has the heart of a lion! He’s extremely undersized, the smallest on the court usually but probably had the second-most rebounds in the game accounting for both teams. He’s constantly going into the paint getting to his floater or getting to the free throw line from drawing contact.
Zydeair Hill (Hard Hoops)- it’s no surprise if Zy is someone’s favorite player, you could hear the crowd yelling the whole game because of all the moves he would put on. What stands out is how shifty he is. He can dance with defenders all game and score his own bucket at will. Against Houston hoops, he hit the game-winning bucket in overtime.
Jaylen Lewis-Jones (Hard Hoops)- One of the most crafty guards you’ll see. His ability to get to the mid-range and hit his pull-up at his small stature is impressive. He does a really good job of creating space after getting to the mid-range area and hitting a drifting shot of some sort and converting.
