It is no surprise that 3 0f 4 or this edition are the number 1 players in their respective class and state. Bryant, Texas/College Station was loaded with talent.
The number 6 prospect in his state was in his bag this past weekend. He is not only an ideal size at the wing and he is build with some strength but what has really impressed is his footwork. Micah has Southern Assault rolling to a 6-2 record after playing in likely the toughest pool in the Adidas 3SSB pairings. When the clock was getting low or Southern Assault needed a big shot they knew exactly who to go to . Oklahoma has been the latest team to offer the SF. Look for him to really be impactful in July.
The Stock rising CG playing for the Utah Prospects continues to make spectacular plays. His ability to get to his spots is unreal especially with him playing up a grade. He does not look out of place at all as he is just strong and does it all. His movement off the ball and kudos to his teammates for getting him the ball on the move because he is making some really good plays and hitting some big shots. In the clip above he shows the stones to send the game to overtime. Was offered by Texas A & M after this past weekend to add to the teams around the country hoping to land him.
Kur makes it look so easy as he is moving with a purpose at all times. He lets the game come to him but he also knows when to press the issue or take over. He has a very fluid and solid cross to change directions. He can hit you with a pull-up but if he senses that you are too close he will attack the rim and finish. He shot the ball extremely well from deep and can easily transition to a catch and shoot guard.
Ian Jackson is an absolute bucket. This kid knows how to create space. He can simply shake a defender with that quick first step and pull it back and get a good look off with elite balance. If you play too high he will hurt you with movement and dunk on you. Impressive shooting off the dribble as he can get his feet set and ready to launch on any part of the court. You can obviously see what North Carolina was very intrigued about.
