[player_tooltip player_id='1685484' first='Joe' last='Jack'] | Albuquerque Academy | SF: This past season was a memorable one for [player_tooltip player_id='1685484' first='Joe' last='Jack'] and the Albuquerque Academy Chargers. He led them to win the 4A State Title for the first time since the 1990's. He was without a doubt one of the states top performers all year from start to finish. He displayed incredible leadership and scoring ability. [player_tooltip player_id='1685484' first='Joe' last='Jack'] could score inside and outside at a high level. He was one of the best 3-Level Scorers in the state and made a high percentage of his free throws as well. [player_tooltip player_id='1685484' first='Joe' last='Jack'] had some big time performances this year and saved his best around playoff time during the State Tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='1897845' first='Lukas' last='Turner'] | Santa Fe | SG: [player_tooltip player_id='1897845' first='Lukas' last='Turner'] from Santa Fe in my opinion is the states most underrated player but anyone who played against him this year or watched him perform would tell you he is one of the best scorers in New Mexico. He has little to no weaknesses in his offensive game and can score toe-to-toe with just about anyone he's come across. [player_tooltip player_id='1897845' first='Lukas' last='Turner'] might be the most dangerous mid-range scorer in the state and plays with a nice pace. He has some of the best footwork of any guard you'd find in the state and is an efficient scorer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1680000' first='Tyler' last='Kozlowski'] | Valley | SG: After covering [player_tooltip player_id='1680000' first='Tyler' last='Kozlowski'] for about three years now, you can easily see the huge transformation in his game going all the way back to his freshman year. His greatest attribute is obviously his three-point shooting, but over the years he's become more than a three-point specialist. [player_tooltip player_id='1680000' first='Tyler' last='Kozlowski'] can create his own shot from any area on the floor by pulling up, getting to the rim and using his dangerous but smooth fadeaway jumper. Another great quality he has that most don't is his ability to play within the team's system and play winning basketball. [player_tooltip player_id='1680000' first='Tyler' last='Kozlowski'] knows when to be aggressive looking for his shots and when to take the backseat for his teammates. He's hit some big shots over the years and when he gets going, he goes on a scoring rampage which is demoralizing to the opposition.

[player_tooltip player_id='1897886' first='Dillon' last='McCleskey'] | Albuquerque Academy | PG: Easily one of my favorite players in the state to watch. [player_tooltip player_id='1897886' first='Dillon' last='McCleskey'] is dangerously underrated as a basketball player in New Mexico. A big reason for that could be because of the other Star power that Albuquerque Academy has had with teammates such as [player_tooltip player_id='1685484' first='Joe' last='Jack'], [player_tooltip player_id='1208052' first='Kellan' last='Gehres'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1254049' first='Justin' last='Mask'], but let me tell you; [player_tooltip player_id='1897886' first='Dillon' last='McCleskey'] is as lethal as those guys. He's taken over games with his shooting, scoring and passing that was instrumental to Albuquerque Academy winning the 2023 4A State Championship this past season. He is one of the smartest guards you'll find as well with his high basketball IQ and one of the toughest players you'll see.

[player_tooltip player_id='1680006' first='Jordi' last='Rojo'] | Belen | PG: A scrappy and gritty scoring first point guard that plays with a huge chip on his shoulder. One thing you can always count on with [player_tooltip player_id='1680006' first='Jordi' last='Rojo'] is his ability to play hard every single night out by leaving everything on the floor for his team. He is tough as nails and has playoff experience that will be crucial for the Eagles next season. [player_tooltip player_id='1680006' first='Jordi' last='Rojo'] is a player you can tell thrives when he has the basketball in his hands and is at his best when he is aggressive.
