DJ Carter has stood out as an excellent rhythm jumpshooter, anytime Carter steps into his shot it is expected to hit nothing but the bottom of the net. DJ is the type of guard that makes the most out of his shot opportunities from deep, particularly on the wings where he’s at his best. If the ball is in Carter’s hands and he notices his defender is below the perimeter he’s putting the shot up every single time and more often than not he’ll get the results he’s looking for. He’s also shown the ability to really heat up and stretch or regain a lead while drilling threes in bunches.

Knight’s speed and quickness without the ball in his hands is what makes him so dangerous and sets him apart from others at his position. Knight’s teammates and coach have also showed great confidence in his shooting abilities from outside, encouraging him to shoot more and consistently getting him the ball the moment he’s open.
