Jack Dunbar Jack Dunbar 6'4" | SF Peters Township | 2024 State PA | G | Peters Twp
Dunbar went from potential to prospect in a breakout junior year. A big bodied guard who can get to the rim off the bounce and finish through traffic. A great understanding of the game and a high basketball IQ. He’s capable of scoring at multiple levels and has a polished jumper. A refined skillset that will continue to expand. Dunbar was one of the top players we saw this winter and is the unquestioned top player in the entirety of the South Hills this coming season. Expect a big AAU season and scholarship interest.
Vinnie DePaula Vinnie DePaula 5'9" | PG Lincoln Park | 2024 State PA | G | Lincoln Park Charter
Much attention is paid to the dynamic duo of Meleek Thomas Meleek Thomas 6'4" | CG Lincoln Park | 2025 State #5 Nation PA and Brandin Cummings Brandin Cummings 6'3" | SG Lincoln Park | 2024 State #132 Nation PA but DePaula quietly contributed in key spots this season and saw time down the stretch. Runs the floor well, finishes through traffic and can shoot from the outside. On a team with some high profile recruits, role players like DePaula make a huge difference. PAC and AMCC schools should be very interested in him as he’s playing on a quality HS team and is a contributor.
Max Hurray Max Hurray 6'2" | SG North Catholic | 2024 State PA | G | North Catholic
A big bodied guard with good dribbling skills and can get to the rim off the bounce. A confident scorer who can finish around the rim with either hand and can also light it up from the mid range. Lethal shooter coming off screens and has a nice form on his jumper. He’s the key returnee for North Catholic next year. He’s a scholarship level prospect with an offer from U-Mass Lowell in America East and will be one of the top guards in the region this winter. Hurray should explode up the rankings this spring.
Logan Johnson Logan Johnson 6'1" | CG North Hills | 2024 State PA | G | North Hills
Johnson was a contributor as a sophomore on last year’s excellent North Hills team and stepped into a key role supporting Royce Parham Royce Parham 6'8" | PF Western Reserve Academy | 2024 State #53 Nation OH this past winter. He’s a strong guard with a solid frame who can play through contact. He’s a good shooter, especially when he gets to trail the play up the floor. He could fit in well at PACAMCC schools and should be in line for a solid senior season.
Cam Mills Cam Mills 6'3" | SG Peters Township | 2024 State PA | G | Peters Twp
A nice sized 2 guard at the next level but a player who can play 2-4 in HS. Mills is a pretty solid shooter from the perimeter but can also finish around the rim as a versatile member of the Peters Twp squad. He can spring teammates off rebounds on the fast break and also follows the play well. He’ll join Dunbar as a solid 1-2 punch as a senior. AMCCPAC types should be following.
