<p> A 6'4' senior combo guard, Combs turned in a stellar senior campaign to earn Prep Hoops Missouri Class 6 Co-Player of the Year honors. He took his visit to the Wyoming campus in Laramie last week and made his commitment official on his social media account over the weekend. Wyoming is a member of the Mountain West Conference.</p>

<p> Combs was the lone returning starter from a Nixa team that advanced to the Class 6 state championship game last season. He stepped up his game even more as a senior to lead the Eagles to an undefeated regular season and four tournament championships. The Eagles finished with a 28-1 record which included championships at the Blue&Gold Christmas Tournament, NIxa Invitational Tournament, Liberty North and Willard Tournaments.</p>

<p> As a senior, Combs averaged 23.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists a game while shooting 44 percent from 3-point range. He averaged 31 points a game in the Nixa Tournament, which included a high game of 46 points in the semifinals against Class 3 state champion New Madrid Central. In the championship game, he hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Eagles a victory over Class 6, third-place finisher Troy.</p>
