What stands out immediately with Buhr is his versatility. Throughout the weekend he was able to hang with the guards and bang with the bigs inside. He has an advanced motor and toughness about his game that seemed to rattle opponents.
Will Verkuilen | Next Level Grind
Verkuilen is a player to have on the radar going into the summer. He’s crazy shifty and reliable off and on the ball. He looked to push the pace on both sides of the ball as well, making for successful plays for his team. I was impressed by the consistent pressure he put on his opponents in each game I watched.
Dorian Pullen | Pace Elite AAU
The ball handling by Pullen was elite at Future Stars Classic. He’s a solid playmaker for his team, he showed flashes of elite basketball IQ as well. He knocked down impressive shots against zone defenses.
Jackson Rindt | All Wisconsin
Rindt was a sniper that needed to be picked up early at half court over the weekend. Multiple teams attempted a face guard like defense on him as he has the ability to get hot in an instant. His movement without the ball made him a tough cover. He starred in his role with All Wisconsin.
Eli Krueger | Wisconsin Academy
Krueger is an offensive rebounding machine. Not only did he impact the game offensively but he acted as the defensive anchor for Wisconsin Academy as well. The combination of mobility and work horse mentality Krueger displays is impressive.
Tyson Brennan | FVV Elite
Brennan played with noticeably good pace. He’s a gritty and tough guard who impacted each possession he was on the floor. He showed willingness to attack and finish through contact. His next level quickness is going to be difficult for teams to stop this summer.
