Williams was an impressive presence in the Team Stokes/Surry rotation with his ability to rebound and push the break. He showed off nice footwork in the painted area that allowed him to finish with ease and make plays off the bounce for others as well. He’s a name to get to know at North Surry High.
Surgeon was an intriguing 2025 prospect to watch at the Triad First48 JV County Clash with Team Stokes/Surry. He showed off his length and athleticism at 6-foot-5 that allowed him to showcase finishing ability around the rim. He showed off an ability to be a presence with his back to the basket and as a rim protector as well. He’ll be one to keep eyes on at Wilkes Central High in the near future.
Drew was another sizeable name that showed off his ability to be a presence in the paint. He stood out for Team Guilford with his ability take up space and battle on the boards for rebounds. He’s got potential around the rim at 6-foot-4 with his frame and presence around the rim in the 2026 class at Northern Guilford High.
Skillman was quite the skilled forward prospect around the rim for Team Forsyth as they took home the title in the end. He’s a 6-foot-3 big man that showed he could clean things up on the offensive boards and be a solid option in the pick-and-roll game with his good hands and strength in traffic. He’s a 2026 name to keep eyes at West Forsyth High.
Morning was a force defensively around the rim all event long for Team Guilford as he showed off his ability to make an impact on the defensive side of the ball. He used his length in a variety of ways to alter shots and snag rebounds for his squad. He’s a name in the 2026 class to keep eyes on at Ragsdale High.
Blackman was another forward prospect that looked to get out and push the pace on Team Forsyth as they took home the 2nd annual Triad First48 JV County Clash title. He battled in the paint for boards then looked to get out and make things happen before the defense set up. He showed he could use his frame to finish in traffic and play a physical brand of basketball as a versatile prospect. He’s a 2025 name to watch at Reagan High.
