Imani Christian cemented itself as the top team in Class A basketball with a dominant 81-64 victory over Berlin Brothersvalley. The young Saints will return the entire roster and will be heavy favorites to win the title again next year and there's a good chance with their solid backcourt returnees that Berlin could easily be back in the final as well.

Maluk set the tone early as the biggest player on the floor, hitting some floaters around the hoop before running into foul trouble and missing the remainder of the half, leaving 6'9" Virgil Hall to do a lot of work in the post in his absence. That said, Maluk powered his way to 22 points as the Saints rolled to the Class A title.

Another talented sophomore who we haven't written much about but he's a good prospect who handles the ball well and can get at the rim. He averaged about 10ppg this year and fit in the role as a third guard option with Sledge and Givner, but he had a great game in the state finals, scoring 16 points.

The strong slashing guard is a high octane offensive player and a very tough on ball defender. With two more years to go, he's only going to get better and this Imani team will be aiming to be one of the elite programs in the Commonwealth the next two years. Givner had 15 in the final.

Craig Jarvis | G | Berlin Brothersvalley

A hot handed shooter, Jarvis was confident in take shots from beyond the arc to keep Berlin in the game in the first half. He also had a few nice looks in the mid range. He's already across 1,000 points. He'll return next year as a key player in the backcourt for the Mountaineers.

The son of a coach, Prosser is a confident ballhandler who runs the offense well. He's a scorer and has a strong frame to finish through traffic. He'll return next year to team with Jarvis as one of the top Class A backcourts in the Commonwealth. The pair could be enough to bring Berlin back to Hershey once again.
