Jordan Denson
Impressive run and jump athlete with a breathtaking vertical leap. I witnessed Denson chase shots down the full length of the floor and save his team from giving up two easy points in transition. Denson caught my attention as one of, if not the best defenders at stopping the ball in the open floor or in transition and slowing opposing guards down making them uncomfortable when attempting to set up their offense.
Blake Linn
Blake Linn
6-foot-2-inch Blake Linn stood out as a workhorse player who’s very active and willing to exert all of energy to do whatever is needed to win. Dynamic rebounder with a good post presence, Linn battled to establish position, using his strength and body weight to seal off and post up his defender. Defensively, Linn was the best helpside defender in the gym, constantly flying out from the post to contest and close out on kick outs to the wing, mid range pull-ups, and corner three-pointers.
Jaxon Knight
Jaxon Knight
This kid competes! Jaxon Knight is as reliable of a defender as they come, his versatility and special ability to play much bigger than his size allowed him to contest, block, and defend guards effectively outside the lane and defend the basket inside the paint. Knight plays sound, fundamental defense and utilizes his court awareness and anticipation to disrupt plays. His ability to cover ground quickly made it difficult for his opponents to get clean looks at the basket.
Marquell Robinson
Marquell Robinson
Marquell Robinson showcased a lot of promise at the shooting guard position from his ability to carrying the scoring load, to his ball skills, to his competitive nature on the defensive end. Good size along with the versatility to play inside out on both sides of the ball, Robinson remained effective on the scoreboard due to his unpredictability while playing off the ball, everything he did came with a purpose.
Alijah Wilburn
Alijah Wilburn
Standout prospect Alijah Wilburn proved to be a scrappy competitor with a well-rounded game and a perfect combination of strength and athletic abilities. This 6-foot-2-inch guard drastically impacted games as a effort guy who gave his all on each possession, whether he was pressuring the ball, fighting for rebounds, causing turnovers, or attacking the rack. When it comes to scoring, Alijah takes and makes a lot of high percentage shots, as a slasher Wilburn he got inside effortlessly due to his quick blow-by first step before finishing through traffic with explosive intensity at the rim by overpowering defenders with his impeccable force and body control.
