Marquel Murray Marquel Murray 6'3" | CG Cape Girardeau Central | 2026 State MO (Cape Girardeau Central): A dynamic 6’3″ guard with explosive athleticism and the ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. He can break down defenders off the dribble or hit the open 3-point shot and also find the open teammate with the pass.
Ethan Brown Ethan Brown 6'4" | CG Rolla | 2026 State MO (Rolla): A 6’3″ guard with with good height and an impressive all-around skill set. He is a three-level scorer with a nice feel for the game. He is an excellent passer and playmaking threat who can make his teammates better while also getting his 20 points.
Amare Witham Amare Witham 6'2" | CG Glendale Highschool | 2026 State MO (Glendale): A 6’1″ scoring combo guard who is one of the more impressive young bucket-getters in the state. He is a creative ball handler and playmaker who can get his own shot and score from all three levels. He averaged nearly 20 points a game.
Jaylen Edwards Jaylen Edwards 6'0" | PG Principia | 2026 State MO (Principia): A 5’10” point guard who was the catalyst of Panthers run to the Class 2 state championship game. He uses his quickness to get into the lane and he is also a 40 percent 3-point shooter. He averaged 15 points and four assists a game.
Eli Herbert Eli Herbert 6'3" | PG Grain Valley | 2026 State MO (Grain Valley): The 6’1″ combo guard made a big impact for Grain Valley not only with his ability to score and knock down 3-pointers at a high level, but also lead his team to 18 victories. He averaged 17 points a game while making 78 3-pointers this season.
Johnny Jordan Johnny Jordan 6'2" | PG Chaminade | 2026 State MO (Chaminade): We didn’t get a chance to see this very talented 6’2″ point guard because he was recovering from a knee injury suffered the late summer of 2022. When healthy, he is one of the best in the class with his ability scoring and playmaking skills and high basketball IQ.
Abraham Nayou Abraham Nayou 6'0" | PG Maplewood Richmond Heights | 2026 State MO (Maplewood): The 5’11” point guard had an impressive first varsity campaign as he led the Blue Devils to a Class 3 district championship. The hard-driving guard averaged 15.5 points and four rebounds a game while shooting 48 percent from the field.
Will Salonies Will Salonies 6'0" | PG Holt | 2026 State MO (Holt): A 5’11” southpaw point guard who is very smooth as he plays the game at his own pace without being sped up. He changes speeds well as he can also knock down the 3-pointer. He averaged 15 points a game during the season.
Rowen Buffington Rowen Buffington 6'2" | PG Jefferson City | 2026 State MO (Jefferson City): A 6’2″ point guard who played big minutes for a Jays team that finished third in the Class 5 state tournament. He has good size and length for the position along with a high basketball IQ and the ability to shoot the 3-pointer.
Reese Kimrey Reese Kimrey 6'0" | PG Kickapoo | 2026 State MO (Kickapoo): A 6’0″ lefty point guard who worked his way into the rotation for a Kickapoo team that played for a Class 6 state championship. He is a very poised player with good ball handling and decision making skills. He operates well at his own speed and he can make the open 3-pointer.
