Third Team
Acaden Lewis Acaden Lewis 6'2" | PG Sidwell Friends | 2025 State #149 Nation MD -Sidwell
The addition of Lewis over the summer was one that moved the needle for an already deep Sidwell squad. Lewis found his niche coming off the bench where he provided a primary ball-handling option combined with being a threat from beyond the arc. While there was a learning period early on in the season where Lewis was adjusting to his role, it was clear that by the end he learned how to engineer a high-level winning basketball team.
Alex Touomou Alex Touomou 6'6" | PF Gonzaga | 2025 State #350 Nation MD -Gonzaga
The Purple Eagles have a stable of talented 2025 prospects and Touomou has some of the most intriguing potential thanks to his size, skill and potential. He stands 6’5-6’6 with a frame that is going to fill out nicely as time goes on with an already well-balanced scoring toolbox. He can shoot it off the catch, be effective in straight-line drives and is always a lob threat in the open floor. Touomou also proved himself as a versatile defender that can make his presence known on the glass.
Rob Fields Rob Fields 6'7" | PF McDonogh | 2025 State MD -McDonogh
Fields may be a name that not many locals are familiar with yet, but the rubber is starting to meet the road when referring to his development. He averaged a double-double while competing in the MIAA A Conference this season for the Eagles in a much more involved role than last season and will be a main ingredient for their success moving forward.
Mario Tatum Mario Tatum 6'2" | PG Mt. Carmel | 2025 State MD -Mt. Carmel
Tatum showed hints of his capabilities as a freshman in his spot minutes, but hit the ground running as a sophomore as he emerged as a dependable scoring option for head coach Trevor Quinn. The 6’2 guard had multiple 20+ point outings and built a reputation as a shooter that must be tracked closely at all times. Tatum is a tough-nosed defender who will continue to grow his overall game this spring and summer with hopes of climbing up this list come next March.
Francis Folefac Francis Folefac 6'6" | C Mt. Zion Prep Academy | 2025 State MD – Mt. Zion Prep Academy
Folefac was a quiet beast for Mt. Zion Prep Academy this season en route to a MPSC championship and was key in their run to become the first-ever Maryland Private School State Tournament champion. The 6’6 bruiser did his work in the painted area where he muscled through contact for buckets, operated with his back to the basket on over the shoulder hooks and made timely skip passes when double-teams presented themselves. He has decent length for his size that helped alter shots around the rim and his mindset/approach as a rebounders set him apart from those that he shared the court with.
