Bryce Thibeau
Bryce Thibeau
Thibeau had arguably the most impressive showing I saw from Saturday. Finishing with 20 points in the Jags 73-66 victory, the sophomore was a difference maker throughout. On top of his lights out shooting ability (finishing with four three’s), Thibeau equally as impactful on the defensive end, finishing with a bunch of steals and deflections.
Josiah Walker
Josiah Walker
There were a handful of times while watching Walker on Saturday where he would make a near impossible pass look too simple. The sophomore is a bolt of lightning while moving downhill, mixed with his vision and playmaking abilities makes him a defenses worst nightmare on the fast break.
Lorenz White
Lorenz White
White flat out dominated on both ends of the floor for his team in Saturday’s win. Finishing second for the Jags in scoring (17), the 2024 grad was a handful to deal with his ability to guard multiple positions and finish through the toughest of contact around the basket.
Jonahs Guadalupe
Jonahs Guadalupe
Guadalupe’s big fourth quarter, where he scored 11 of his his 22 in the game, was a big reason STC made this such a close game late. Offensively, there doesn’t seem to be a shot that Guadalupe couldn’t knock down, with his combination of sharpshooting and athleticism.
Ivaniel Ramos
Ivaniel Ramos
Another big contributor late, Ramos played down to the absolute final whistle – even when the deficit became too big to overcome. A natural floor general, Ramos’s ability to mae winning play after winning play made a big difference in his teams comeback efforts.
