It has a makeover.

Here are 4 takeaways from the new look top 10:

Curry makes a high jump

Memphis East's Alijah Curry moved up 30 spots to No. 6. The 6-foot-8 forward dropped in the last two installments because of injuries. In his junior season, Curry was the Mustangs' best offensive player and was a consistent double-double during the 2022-23 season. He made teams pay with his offensive rebounds, which led to a lot of second-chance points for Memphis East. Curry also showed how consistent with making jumpers from the elbow.

Tanner moves inside the top 4

Brentwood Academy's Tyler Tanner had a great junior season, leading the Eagles to this season's TSSAA Division II Class AA Boys' state title. For the entire season, Tanner showed he's equipped to lead a team to a deep postseason run. He has improved as a jump shooter. Tanner's first-step, court vision and communication makes him one of the best guards in this class.

Carter moves inside the top 2

Alcoa's Jahvin Carter trails only Briarcrest's [player_tooltip player_id='1140764' first='Jaye' last='Nash']. The 6-2 point guard, like [player_tooltip player_id='1145719' first='Tyler' last='Tanner'], has great leadership skills when it comes to rallying the troops. Carter never got rattled in the TSSAA Division I Class AA state title game against Douglass when the Red Devils pressured the Tornadoes most of the game, while facing an eight-point deficit in the third quarter. He made timely shots in the contest. Carter can score from different areas on the court. He's the guy for Alcoa. There's no question about it.

Tenner is still a top 4 prospect in this class

Cordova's Emerson Tenner remains inside the top four at No. 4. He slid only two spots but a productive summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 17U could boost him right back where he was in our last update. The 5-10 point guard is very patient on offense, does a great job of defending on the perimeter, takes a lot of quality shots, and plays hard on every possession.

Julius Thedford from Whitehaven remains No. 5. Brentwood's Daniel Cochran is No. 7. Bartlett's Christian Alston, Cane Ridge's Da'Ron Hall, and Cookeville's Joshua Heard rounds out the top 10.
