Mikhi Terry Mikhi Terry 6'0" | CG Milwaukee Marshall | 2023 WI — G — Milwaukee Marshall
Terry is having an excellent season for Milwaukee Marshall. The guard is scoring over 20 points per contest on efficient shooting numbers. On Saturday in a seven point loss to Grafton, Terry put up 24 points on seven made field goals. I love the versatility that Terry brings on the offensive end. He makes threes and scores around the hoop. The senior is certainly a name to track moving forward.
Evan Oleson — G — Saint Thomas Moore
Saint Thomas Moore’s frontcourt is really, really good. But Oleson has turned some heads in the backcourt. The guard has played great basketball lately. When Oleson gets going as a scorer, he is very tough for defenders to slow down. In a win over Catholic Central on Saturday, Oleson led his team in scoring with 27 points.
Seth Miron Seth Miron 6'4" | SF Kimberly | 2023 State WI — F — Kimberly
Miron has had an impressive varsity career for Kimberly thus far. The forward has contributed to many solid teams. Now, the forward has taken a step forward, as he is now taking responsibility as the top scorer. On Saturday, the forward scored 17 points for Kimberly in a low scoring victory. Miron has developed into a great overall player on the offensive end.
Bennett McCormick Bennett McCormick 6'3" | SG Catholic Memorial | 2023 State WI — F — Catholic Memorial
McCormick — who has already committed to Valparaiso to play football — has proven himself as a credible player on the hardwood. He does a great job of using his size and athleticism to find success on both ends of the court. Even though Catholic Memorial suffered a close loss on Saturday, McCormick can still hold his head high. The forward put up 20 points on 8-10 shooting from the field.
John Kinziger John Kinziger 6'0" | CG De Pere | 2023 State #257 Nation WI — G — De Pere
In the biggest moments of the biggest games, I am not sure there is a player I would pick to have the ball in his hands over De Pere’s Kinziger. The guard is smart and talented. It doesn’t matter what the situation is, Kinziger just always seems to make the right play. In a matchup against one of the best teams in Wisconsin, the guard showed up. He tallied 21 points, ten rebounds, and six assists in one of the most significant wins of the season.
Alex Sherwood Alex Sherwood 6'4" | SF Xavier | 2023 State WI — F — Xavier
I think that Sherwood is going to become a really good player in college. His size and skill translate very well to the next level. But for now, the Xavier forward has unfinished business in high school. On Saturday, Sherwood scored an efficient 19 points and led his team to a solid victory.
Nick Janowski Nick Janowski 6'3" | SG Pewaukee | 2024 State #126 Nation WI — G — Pewaukee
Janowski is no doubt one of the most talented scorers in the state. It doesn’t matter who is matched up against the Pewaukee guard, Janowski is going to find ways to score. He makes outside shots and is very good at converting on mid-range shots. In a close loss to De Pere, Janowski led all scorers with 32 points.
