The second leg of the Military Circuit took place this past weekend at Fork Union, with 11 teams in attendance from all over the southeast. The event featured both post grad and high school teams, and had some great matchups with some of the best games we've seen all year. Here's a look at some of the top performers from the Virginia schools in attendance.

Jaden Daughtry | 6'7” PF | Hargrave '23

Daughtry was named the Most Outstanding Player of the FUMA Circuit the same way he was in the Hargrave Circuit, as he once again dominated and even came up with the game winner in the win over Scotland. Daughtry showed his athleticism in transition and when getting downhill with some big time finishes above the rim, he showed his relentless motor getting on the glass and flying around defensively and he made shots from the midrange and from deep. He averaged 33.5 points and likely a double-double throughout the event.

Asher Jackson | 6'5” WG | Hargrave '23

Jackson plays a pivotal role for this Hargrave team as he's one of their top shooters in the lineup, and when he gets warm he can really knock it down from deep. The 6'5” lefty came off the bench and provided instant offense for them, moving well off the ball, showing deep range and consistently making shots from deep and getting to the rim. He averaged 13 points per game in their two games.

Diovion Famakinde | 6'5” CG | Hargrave '23

Famakinde may get overlooked at times on this talented Hargrave team, but he brings them a mismatch at the guard position with his mix of size, athleticism and skill set with the ball in his hands. He has a strong build that allows him to get downhill and finish as well as rebound well for his position, he is surprisingly shifty off the bounce and he can score the ball from all three levels while also making plays for others. He had 19 points in their win over Scotland and was named to the All Tournament Second Team.

Kailon Nicholls | 6'0” PG | Hargrave '23

Nicholls is one of the best available lead guards you'll come across, as he is an extremely dynamic playmaker with great athleticism and the ability to work well in isolation situations. He's super shifty off the bounce with the ability to change directions and stop on a dime, he's a big time finisher above the rim who is fearless in traffic and he can create space and makes shots on the pull-up. He has a lot of tools that translate to the next level and allow him to overcome his size.

[player_tooltip player_id='999654' first='Kameron' last='Roberts'] | 6'6” F | Hargrave '23

Roberts is one of the x-factors on this Hargrave team, as he brings a versatility at the forward position that completely changes their outlook as a team. The 6'6” Citadel commit is a good athlete with good strength that allows him to rebound and finish in the paint, he can step out to the perimeter where he can put it on the deck and make shots and he's able to guard multiple positions as well. He comes off the bench and gives them production in a lot of different ways.

[player_tooltip player_id='977592' first='Austin' last='Ball'] | 6'7” WF | Miller School '23

The George Mason commit is coming off of another good weekend at the Hargrave Military Circuit, and this weekend he was very good in their loss to Spire's post-grad team. He showed his ability to knock down shots from deep on the move and in the midrange, he showed his athleticism with some finishes above the rim and he shows continued growth on the defensive end and as a rebounder. He finished with 17 points and 7 rebounds in the loss.

[player_tooltip player_id='1259617' first='Eli' last='DeLaurier'] | 6'8” PF | Miller School '24

Delaurier was fantastic in both of Miller's games this weekend, showing his versatility as their big man in a lot of their sets. He played with a good motor and ran the floor hard getting opportunities in transition, he showed great footwork in the paint as a finisher, he made great reads on the perimeter in their sets and he rebounded and protected the paint too. He finished the event averaging 21.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 6 assists in their two games.
