Bloom was without one of their top seniors and started off down 9-2. They came back to tie it at 16-16 and led for the majority of the game, but Rich Township just would never go away including tying it up once again in the second half. Bloom still managed to get the road win 60-54. We look at the prospects that made impressions on us in 10 Best: Bloom vs Rich Township!
Leirre Collier Leirre Collier 6'3" | PG Bloom Township | 2023 IL (Bloom – 2023)
Collier stepped up big with Jordan Brown Jordan Brown 6'2" | SG Bloom | 2023 State IL out for this game with a sprained ankle. The Marist transfer came off the bench firing from distance hitting a pair of threes in his first couple minutes on the floor. Also mixed in a floater and is a solid on ball defender. Went for 10 points.
Raeshom Harris Raeshom Harris 6'4" | SG Bloom | 2023 State IL (Bloom – 2023)
Harris is a wiry shooting guard that has good athleticism and shot it well from mid-range and extended to beyond the arc for a three. Solid passer and defender that showed some all-around versatility in this one. He had 9 points.
Michael Garner (Bloom – 2023)
Garner’s future at the college level will be on the gridiron, but he is a great big man for this team as he knows his role is to hit the offensive glass and score out of the dunker spot. Defensively he showed well as a rim protector while scoring 7 points.
Santana Flowers Santana Flowers 6'4" | SF Bloom | 2024 State IL (Bloom – 2024)
Flowers was fantastic early in their win. He ripped off 9 of his 11 points in the first quarter. Small forward played a small ball four role for his team and was very effective at doing so. Hit the offensive glass and boards overall at a high rate. Mobile finishing in the pick/roll along with running the floor in transition.
Jaden Clark Jaden Clark 6'5" | SF Bloom | 2024 State IL (Bloom – 2024)
Clark is an intriguing small forward at 6’5” with a projectable frame. Quick to the offensive glass for a pair of put backs and had a slick euro step in the open floor netting 9 points.
Elijah Lovemore Elijah Lovemore 6'2" | PG Bloom | 2025 State #344 Nation IL (Bloom – 2025)
Lovemore is the highest ceiling prospect on Bloom. The sophomore combo guard played on the ball the entire night. Had a couple turnovers, but overall looked extremely smooth handling the lead guard duties making crisp passes, getting his team into their offense, and make plays around ball screens. His most impressive move was a crossover into a runner and racked up some free throws at the end for 10 points and quite a few dimes.
Samar Bures Samar Bures 5'9" | PG Rich Township | 2024 State IL (Rich Township – 2024)
Bures is a smaller scoring point guard that is just a bucket! He has a lethal mid-range game with great elevation off the floor. Stretched it out to beyond the arc for one three. Mixed in some finishing moves around the hoop for 13 points.
Victor Brown Victor Brown 6'6" | PF Rich Township | 2024 State IL (Rich Township – 2024)
Brown has the tools you look for in emerging big men. Athletic rim runner that hits the offensive glass and plays with a lot of energy. Finishes out of the dunker spot as he had 9 points.
Angelo Coleman (Rich Township – 2024)
New name on our radar was this combo guard. Banked in a mid-range jumper, hit a three, and got to the rim for a pair of finishes including a euro step on his way to 9 points.
Jamson Coulter (Rich Township – 2026)
Coulter is certainly on the short list of contenders for the top spot in the 2026 class. Strong combo guard that has a crafty handle which allows him to get in the lane for tough finishes. Scored off the bounce, on the move, and hit a couple threes although he was streaky from deep. Legit three level scoring potential with power to go with it. He had 14 points.
