He broke off eurosteps and floaters while using deft footwork including spin moves to get where he wanted to go. I appreciated the on-ball pressure and his quick hands on defense. He posted 17 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals in a 62-52 win over Cedar Grove.

Jaylen Adside
Adside is a smaller guard, light in frame, but in the fourth quarter he broke loose and helped the Saints close the gap. Jaylen drew fouls on drives, going 5-6 from the line. He’s a willing outside shooter and a sneaky good slasher. Adside did a nice job getting others involved, finishing with 12 points, 2 rebounds and 5 assists.
Marcus thrived at getting to the hoop in transition, scoring three coast-to-coast buckets in the first quarter, springing the Warriors to an 11-2 advantage and a growing lead they would nurse throughout the game. The lefty does a lot well for Walnut Grove and has seen an even bigger role with the injury to Tyler Jewell Tyler Jewell 5’10” | PG Walnut Grove | 2024 State GA , forcing Smith to look for his offense even more, all while serving as a game manager. Smith compiled 11 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists vs. Central Gwinnett.

AJ Patterson AJ Patterson 6’3″ | PG Mt. Vernon Presbyterian | 2023 State GA produces. He has proven time and time again that he doesn’t need to score 20 points to have his fingerprints all over a game. He’s a true table setter. Patterson is a chiseled guard that uses his strength to his advantage. He combats ball pressure well while keeping his head up to find the open man. His physical size allows him to switch onto different positions defensively. Patterson posted 4 points, 4 rebounds, 9 assists, 5 steals and 1 block vs. Parkview.
Latham is a really good ball handler. He gets his dribble extremely low, using a quick crossover to change directions and break down his defender. Randy excels at getting two feet in the paint. Latham has some electricity in his legs, able to elevate for slams. He tallied 13 points and 3 assists vs. Eagle’s Landing.
