Some are just big fellas that can make it rain too. We take a look at some elite shooters at the midway point this season. Here is the list in no particular order.
Watch the kid work on and off the ball. He is setting his defender up at all times. He has been shooting the ball on the move a lot better this year as defenders have tried to run him off the line. He has range and height to shoot over people. You better know where he is because he doesn’t miss many open looks.
This kid can catch fire in a hurry. He might not get as many looks or touches off of normal offense but the kid can flat out make it rain. Do not let him get his feet set because he lines it up at an elite level. He has the ability to go for 5+ every game if he gets his looks.

If you have an unsigned senior team you need to reach out and pick this kid up. He is an immediate game changer out in the perimeter. Turning into one of the best shooters beyond the arc out there at Lone Peak and that is saying something. He is not just a catch and shoot kick out guy he can hit them on the break and off the bounce.

Nash is a superior shooter and he is athletic. He might need to elevate his release at the next level but he is one of the better shooting PG’s out there.
Highlights
Payson has some dudes that can shoot and over the past few years they do not get enough credit. Isaac can shoot the ball. He runs the floor and sets up high on the wing and makes his way down to the corners to keep that passing lane open. Great elevation on his jump-shot and release. Another PG that can shoot.
Brody is currently playing C and PF for his high school team and is among the best rebounders in the state but the kid is a natural shooter and wing at the next level. With a recent offer from BYU among other D1’s looking to add toughness, shooting and length Brody is that guy.
