Luke Justice Luke Justice 6'1" | SG Frederick | 2023 State CO has taken a big jump in the rankings jumping into the top 25. Luke is leading Frederick to be the number-one team in 5A basketball averaging 21.2 points per game. This year he is shooting 37% from beyond the three-point arc on high volume, taking just over 9 threes per game. The lefty is one of the most impressive shooters in the state as he can shoot off the catch or create for himself off of the dribble. Luke does a good job toying with defenders using crossovers and his eyes to get them out of position. When getting downhill he is a crafty scorer who can put defenders on his hip and then burst up for a layup or floater. He also does a good job of using his scoring gravity to set up teammates for easy baskets.

Noa Phillips Noa Phillips 6'2" Mountain View | 2023 CO has been a huge stock booster rising from the 90s to the top 50. Noa is a 6’2 shooting guard who can effectively score from all three levels. He does a good job of using jab steps and rip throughs than a quick first step to get past defenders. Noa does a good job stopping on a dime for mid-range pull-ups and can attack the rim making him a tough player to guard. He plays with great pace and is a smooth bucket-getter who has been heavily recruited by D3 schools!

Caleb Kelley Caleb Kelley 6'4" | SG Vista Ridge | 2023 CO is a lengthy 6’5 wing who does a very good job moving without the ball in his hands. Caleb is a notable cutter who creates for himself with his off-ball movement. He does a very good job of quickly coming off of screens and has been shooting with very high efficiency. This year from beyond the three-point arc he is shooting 48%, and a good amount of these shots are not easy ones to make. Caleb uses his shooting to set up backdoor cuts to the basket where he is a good finisher that has the ability to finish above the rim.

Carson Nichols Carson Nichols 6'2" | CG Arvada West | 2023 State CO made the biggest leap in the rankings jumping up over 60 spots. Carson is a CG who has solid size standing at 6’2. He often likes to use his size to his advantage, hunting mismatches and then putting them into the mid-post where he has a smooth turnaround jumper. Carson also uses his size to be a very rebounder for his position. He scores from all three levels using a smooth mid-range shot and plays with good physicality, making subtle movements to move defenders out of position. Carson is a name that four-year schools should get to know!

Bryce Spradling Bryce Spradling 6'3" | SF Legacy | 2023 State CO is a good athlete on the wing who has been leading Legacy to have a good season. Standing at 6’3 Bryce is a good rebounder and does a good job using his athleticism to block shots at the rim. Bryce does most of his scoring at the rim where he uses a variety of moves to get around or through defenders. He is a creative finisher at the rim who uses his good size to finish through contact. Bryce does not force many bad shots as can be seen by his three-point shooting percentage at 46%, he is a very selective shooter from outside only taking good shots.
