The 6-9 sophomore power forward finished with a game-high 31 points in last night’s 88-48 win over Miami Palmetto. Boozer and the rest of the Columbus Explorers will be back in action on Monday night at the 49th Annual City of Palms Classic.
The 6-2 point guard and University of Cincinnati signee Edgerrin “Jizzle” James Jr. finished with a game-high 29 points and added four steals in last night’s 79-54 win over Evans. The Titans are off to a 6-0 start and will be back in action on Friday night where they’ll travel to Jones in a non-district contest.
The 6-6 senior power forward finished with 16 points and 15 rebounds in last night’s 73-34 win over Clearwater. St. Petersburg has won three straight games since sustaining their first loss of the season back on December 3 against Wekiva. St. Petersburg returns to action on Thursday night where they’ll host Pinellas Park in a non-district contest.
The 6-5 sophomore small forward finished with a game-high 30 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and four steals in last night’s 83-81 overtime loss to Brooks-DeBartolo. Bell Creek Academy returns to action on December 28 against Leto at the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational.
The 5-8 senior point guard led the way for Mater Lakes Academy finishing with a game-high 24 points and five steals in last night’s 82-33 win over American Heritage Plantation. The Bears will be back in action on Friday night as they host Carol City in a district matchup.
