Team Preview: UPLAY Genesis

This squad goes deep and they are well coached. They have a mixture of perimeter shooters that can also get in lanes and create offense for themselves as well as their bigs on drop off passes. Kairin has some range and he has a handle that allows him to get free when he is playing off the bounce. Really impressed with his shooting ability off the dribble as he knows how to set up hist shots which also showcases that footwork out in the perimeter. If he is open out in the perimeter he shoots it at such a high percentage that he is likely going to knock them down. We have seen him stretch the floor which then opens up lanes for him but he is by far one of the most dangerous shooters out in the perimeter. He is a must guard. Defensively he is crafty and knows how to get after it. They played against Paul George Elite, AZ Unity White, LA Soilders and Vegas Elite. Although they went 0-4 they have some tough players and they gave every one of these teams a run for their money. The thing that really kept them in most games was there outside shooting. Hawley and Weinberger were insane from deep. They were hitting some tough contested shots and with a shot clock they were the ones their teammates were looking for late in the clock as they just have big shot making ability. Next time we see them their schedule will likely be more favorable but this team is a team on the brink as they have a solid core. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
