Continue ReadingLuke Flynn Luke Flynn 6’2″ | PG Walton | 2024 State GA put together a great 3 days at the Lemon Street Classic and had the Christ School, one of North Carolina’s top programs, on their heels at the end. Playing against multiple D1 prospects is nothing new for Flynn as he’s already logged a few varsity seasons and spent the offseason playing up on the 17U circuit. His confidence was on display in the 3rd quarter when he hit 3 deep three-pointers off the dribble to keep Walton close. He also had a countless number of assists and was able to beat defenders off the dribble consistently. Flynn is cementing his name as one of the top guards in his class.
Blake Wilson Blake Wilson 6’3″ | PG St. Pius X | 2023 State GA stepped up and provided very efficient guard play in an impressive win over Lowndes. He led the team with 18 points and scored from all 3 levels throughout the game. He also did an excellent job of guarding Samuel Shoptaw Samuel Shoptaw 6’2″ | PG Windermere Prep | 2025 State FL , limiting him to only 2 1st half points and giving Pius the opportunity to jump out to a 16 point lead. Wilson’s game is fundamentally sound and you can tell that he’s a product of great coaching between St. Pius and PSB Atlanta. Adding 15-20 pounds will help Wilson tremendously at the college level. Nonetheless, Hampden-Sydney should be excited about what they’re getting.

In my first look at Christ School this year. Emanuel Richards Emanuel Richards 6’5″ | CG Christ School | 2023 State NC wasted no time showing what he can do. He put up a quick 10 points in the 1st quarter, including 2 three-pointers. Currently committed to Longwood, Richards looks physically ready for the college game already with his rock-solid 6’5 frame and noticeably impressive wingspan. Richards uses his body well when finishing around the rim and can hurt defenses both inside and out. After my first true evaluation of Richards, I’m already excited to follow him at the next level.
You could pick any of the 3 days at the Lemon Street Classic and call Christian Anderson Christian Anderson 6’1″ | PG Oak Hill Academy | 2024 State #69 Nation VA a top performer. That just speaks to how consistently great Anderson has been over the past 4 days and throughout the season as a whole. Despite double and triple-teams, he’s always gonna find a way to get 25-30+ points a night. Anderson’s a fearless shooter with NBA-range and he’ll make defenses pay that don’t scout him respectfully. His mid-range game is pretty automatic as well, even when he’s off-balance or fading away. What Anderson lacks in size, he absolutely makes up for with elite shooting and creative scoring ability.
