What can’t this guy do? State soccer and cross country were his personal playground. Now he’s tearing it up as leader of the 5-0 Bulldogs. Perhaps most impressive are his 5 assists and 4 steals per game. He’s hitting over 60 percent of his shots and over 80 percent from the line.
Highlights
Hayden dropped a disappointing one to Emporia. Otherwise, the Wildcats are off to a great start, working in some new pieces. An old piece – the powerful post Otting – is working out nicely. He scored 23 points and grabbed 11 boards in a big win against Bishop Ward.

Landon Weide
After a solid sophomore season, Weide is off to a great start this year. He’s stuffing the stat sheet for the Mustangs. Check out this line through six games: 15 points (44 percent from deep), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. This guy is one of the rising guards in the state.
The Stag senior scored 34 to win MVP of the Norm Stewart Classic in Missouri after tossing in 17 in the season opener. Wing is set for a big senior year after a huge football campaign. Miege is loaded again.
The senior guard hit the buzzer beater to knock off Cheney. Wright (pictured) has guided the Crusaders to a 5-1 mark and ranking in the 4A class. Their only loss was a heartbreaker to Pratt in which Wright went for 18.
