Jayden Harris Jayden Harris 6'8" | SG Potomac Va | 2023 State VA | 6’4” WG | Potomac ’23
The Potomac Panthers looking like a real contender in Class 6 this year, and Harris has stepped into that senior go-to role and has been fantastic for them so far this year. The 6’4” lefty is a natural scorer who can play on or off the basketball, and he’s been on a tear with games of 21 points 6 rebounds in a win over Thomas Dale, 21 points 6 rebounds in a win over Wakefield, 22 points in a win over Woodbridge, 18 points in a win over Freedom, 20 points in a win over Mt. Vernon and 21 points in a win over West Potomac.
Khalil Williams Khalil Williams 6'5" | SG Potomac (McLean, VA) | 2023 State VA | 6’5” WF | Potomac School ’23
Williams is one of the most underrated wings in the DMV area, as he has good size on the perimeter and a natural scoring ability that most simply don’t have. He can play on or off the basketball, he’s an excellent finisher around the rim and when he gets it going he can score in isolation situations as good as anyone. In their win over Takoma Academy in the National Hoopfest he was fantastic as he went for 23 points on 9-for-15 shooting and pitched in 8 rebounds as well.
Margard Choijilsuren | 6’4” WF | Fairfax ’23
Choijilsuren started the season off with a bang going for 37 points and 12 rebounds in their opening win against Oakton, and since then he has been one of the most consistent players in NOVA public school. The 6’4” wing does a little bit of everything for his team as he’s averaging over 20 points per game on efficient shooting, he rebounds well and he plays almost every position for them depending on their look.
Darren Harris Darren Harris 6'6" | SF Paul VI | 2024 State #59 Nation VA | 6’6” WF | Paul VI ’24
PVI has played one of the toughest schedules in the nation so far this year, and they are looking like a real contender for a national title and Harris has been a big reason why. The Duke commit is one of the top shooters you’ll come across in the country, and he showed that in their win over Mount St. Joes when he went for 22 points on 9-for-9 shooting from the field and 4-for-4 from deep.
Paul Jones Paul Jones 6'4" | CG Combine Academy | 2024 State NC | 6’2” WG | Churchland ’24
Jones was my pick for breakout player in the 757 this year, and he’s making me look good for that pick with the way he’s started the season. The 6’2” lefty is a scoring machine with a unique game, and he’s shown his scoring ability multiple times already including a 34 point outing in a win over Hampton Christian where he showed the whole package.
Sebastian Whitfield Sebastian Whitfield 6'5" | SF Cape Henry | 2025 State VA | 6’4” WF | Cape Henry ’25
Whitfield is off to a hot start to his sophomore season and was thought of to be a breakout player in the 757, but he’s had some games that will make him one of the most known players in the area. The 6’4” wing can shoot it from deep and put it on the deck to get to the rim where he can finish, and he’s had some big games including his last game which he went for 35 points in a win over Kings Academy.
