Oree did the best he could all day for the Raiders to keep them in this game. Chrisean made some very tough shots along the way on his way to scoring 24 points according to my unofficial stats. He was able to create his own scoring chance off the dribble and connect on some three balls along the way. Chrisean surely wants the ball in his hands when the game is on the line. College programs need to find their way over to 361 Pisgah Church Road to recruit this young man for the next level. Unsigned Senior
Harris plays with a plethora of really good guards on this Cavaliers roster. Chase is best suited playing off the ball and knocking down shots out on the perimeter. Harris was able to pop off screens for some open looks when he wasn’t hitting a short-pull-up jumper today. Chase is a SHOOTER and every college program needs one of these young men on their roster. Highlights
Lindsay really fits in well on this Cavaliers squad. Sean made the move over a season ago from Mauldin to join the boys down in Roebuck. He actually plays bigger than his size on the floor with his ability to rebound and bring toughness to the floor. Lindsay a left-handed guard plays the game very aggressive and at times gets into some foul trouble with his play. He surely won’t leave back down from anyone on the floor. Sean scored 13 points today according to my unofficial stats in the Cavaliers win. Unsigned Senior
Bell plays the game with some swagger for the Redhawks that is for sure. TJ never left the floor today it seemed as we had him for 18 points in a tough win over Spartanburg HS. Bell was able to drop some runners in the lane when he wasn’t pulling up from down behind the three-point line. TJ put the Redhawks in position today to get the big road win in the Upstate at the Coaches Classic.
McDowell came to play today for the Rebels in a tough loss to Ridge View HS to start the Coaches Classic. Kayzzin finished with 17 points today in the Rebels loss. McDowell was able to slash to the cup at times and really used ball-screens well to advance to the bucket. McDowell does a good job of staying active at times on the floor and really works to get to the ball. He was able to score the ball from 3 levels today. Look for his production to pick up some with teammate Will Fowler Will Fowler 6’1″ | PG Byrnes | 2024 State SC down with an injury it looks like for the rest of the season.
Watford just brings consistency he hits the floor for the Bruins. Jordan has great length and versatility to bring production on both ends of the floor. He has a winning edge when it comes to rebounding, picking up a steal, making a pass, grabbing a loose ball or just scoring a basket. He just wants to WIN games. Watford is a big guard who can do a little of everything from his position. Jordan finished with 18 points today in a tough win over a scrappy Gaffney HS team.
