Graham is still making good strides since coming over to the War Eagles this off season. Ellis is a quick leaper and really can alter and challenge shots on the defensive end. He keeps getting better every time out for the War Eagles and still hasn’t reached his peak of potential that’s for sure. Ellis glides all over the court with good mobility and athleticism.
Smith came out firing just like the rest of his Green Wave teammates in a win over Dreher HS. Yannick dropped 23 points while connecting on 5 three-pointers. Smith is a great athlete and even excels in the fall on the gridiron as a Wide Receiver. Yannick used really good shot selection today to secure the win for the fellas from down in the Lowcountry ‘ last=”].
Russ is a BRUTE at times on the floor and just thrives on a physical type of game. White can finish downhill with the ball or drop a floater from time to time. He does a tremendous job of rebounding the ball from his position on the floor. Russ is strong player who does his best work from the paint area. He won’t backdown from anyone on the floor with his fierce competitive edge.
Hunter has a good set of hands and a skill set from the post. Jordan can play out in the high post at times and knockdown the short elbow jumper. Hunter plays as a mover-screener for the Bulldogs. He really looks to work down on the block and has no problems using his body to carve out position down low in the paint.
Pretty is not the biggest guy on the floor that’s for sure. He plays so much bigger than his size down in the paint. Jayden a left-handed undersized post delivers results. He finished with 17 points in the nightcap in a big win over rival Cardinal Newman. He has a great set of hands and plays like a junk yard dog at times. He sure doesn’t lack energy or enthusiasm on the court.
Wiley played the game all day long in ATTACK mode for the Falcons. Cooper led the way with 24 points and scored the ball at will around the cup today. Wiley was able to slash to the cup, attack the baseline and just remain active all day to create scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates.
