The 8A Rundown
This was a very tough group to predict both in listing the 20 teams and listing the 15 players. There is a lot of good basketball in 8A and there are several teams that could put together a great run and get to state. Sacred Heart won 30 games last season and although they did lost a couple quality starters including an a league MVP, they still have three starters back. It will be tough to find the 1-2 punch that Cass Lake-Bena has but there are teams like Fosston, Fertile-Beltrami, and Goodridge/Grygla-Gatzke who are all returning more depth. There is also some good size in this league and some up and comers like Ada Borup.
