Talk about a kid with a motor. Carson plays 100 mph at both ends of the floor. That constant movement really makes it difficult to guard. He makes basket cuts, banana cut and back door cuts all game long. He is shooting the ball well and he likes to get to the mid-range and elevate there for jumpers. He does have a long wingspan that helps him finish at the rim. Carson is probably 6’2 now. Could be a good find at the NWAC or D3 level.
Shooter with some size. Griffyn has been more aggressive prior to the start of the season and with a teammates that is going to get a lot of attention he could really benefit from that and get some open looks out in the perimeter. Look for him to really be an impact player at Weber as they have a team that is built to score points and possibly shock a few people.
George made quite the impression playing in the Top 50 NXT League. He was a player thats stood out and played well. George is probably 6’10 now and he could be a game changer this season with highland. The Class of 2024 big fella is a must watch as he is mobile and shows a lot of promising skills.
Colby Dean Colby Dean 6'9" | C Pleasant Grove | 2023 State UT has improved a lot since he hit the high school scene a few years back. He enters his senior season and he is keeping it simple. That simplicity is what makes him an interesting prospect. The 6’10 big rebounds the ball on both ends of the floor and he has learned how to use his body and length to get the best of his minutes out on the floor. Colby cleans things up in the paint and works hard to get second chance points as well. You cannot deny his size and continual ability to develop in the next few years.
Last season Jaren only had two games where he did not make a three-pointer. He finished the season with 41 three’s made. The Class of 2024 is loaded but Jared is a player to really pay attention to. His ball handling is solid and he can obviously shoot the ball. Expect him to average over two a game as he can use his decent size to square up and shoot some tough shots.
